CLINICAL SUMMARY
FIGURA – Healthy Weight Tonic
In a recent 3-week study involving 20 subjects aged 15-60, users of FIGURA showed an average weight loss of 11 lbs in women and 12 lbs in men. The average waistline reduction was of 1 3/4" for women and 2" for men. No significant weight or waistline reduction was reported by the group treated with placebo. All patients were following a 2000-calorie diet and were asked not to change their usual lifestyle.
ANTITOXICUM – Detoxification Tonic
20 patients with liver conditions were treated for 3 weeks with ANTITOXICUM. Their total cholesterol averaged 237 mg/dl at the beginning of the treatment and 185 mg/dl at the end of the 3-week period. Average LDL cholesterol levels fell from 151 to 128 mg/dl. No significant cholesterol reduction was reported by the group treated with placebo. All patients were asked not to change their usual lifestyle.
STOMACHUS – Digestion Support Tonic
20 patients reporting difficulties with digestion and showing abnormal levels of GGT enzyme were treated for 3 weeks with STOMACHUS. After treatment, average GGT levels fell from 62 to 45. No significant GGT reduction was reported by the group treated with placebo.
LEGGERA – Venous Support Tonic (leg health and beauty)
20 patients reporting swollen legs were treated for 3 weeks with LEGGERA. Sodium and magnesium concentration in the blood were measured before and after the study. After the treatment, average sodium fell from 150 to 138 mEq/l, while magnesium rose from 1.5 to 1.9 mEg/l (146 and below for sodium, 1.7 and above for magnesium, are considered minimum levels for well-being). No significant change in sodium or magnesium levels was reported by the group treated with placebo.
IMMUNUS – Immunity Support Tonic
50 women, ages 24 and 60 and having no known medical conditions participated in a double-blind study. 25 were treated with a standard daily dose of IMMUNUS while 25 were treated with placebo. Over a 60-day period, the number of colds reported among study group members fell from 3.5 to 0.8. The number of flues reported fell from 1.5 to 0.3. Episodes of “not feeling well” fell from 4.8 to 2.5. A wide range of other subjective wellness measures were also surveyed and most showed significant improvement while the control group did not show similar results.
